DELIVERIES –

All orders collected and confirmed on each day before 5.00 PM will take all our best efforts to deliver within a minimum time and, deliveries will be arranged as per the below given.

• Colombo 1 – 15, Colombo Suburbs and Gampaha District – Orders will be delivered in the first 48 hours excluding the Sundays and Mercantile holidays.
• Outstation – Maximum within 4 days excluding Sundays and Mercantile
• Same-day delivery for areas within 5km of Nugegoda
• Island-wide free delivery for orders above Rs. 5000
• For orders below Rs. 5000, Colombo 1-15 a delivery fee of Rs.240, Colombo Suburbs & Gampaha district a delivery fee of Rs.330 and Outstation Rs.420 will be added respectively.

One of our team members will contact the customer in regard to the order information and delivery confirmation. Also please note that, failing to respond in real-time and late communications with the delivery person may occur unexpected delivery changes and delays in the delivery process.

Cosmetics.lk will take all measures to arrange the delivery right as per the prior communication, still, sudden changes of the time & date of the delivery time may occur due to any unavoidable circumstances.
