Product(s) purchased from our eCommerce site is/are should be examined physically at the real-time of the delivery in the presence of the rider. If there’s a complained product(s), it should be handed over to the rider at the same time and shall inform to the relevant merchant in order to take further action.

Terms that the complaints will be considered.

Personal Care & Color Cosmetics-

  • In case of a Pack / Product damage.
  • Change of the formulation will be accepted in a situation where the appearance has unusually changed or when it’s in bad odor. In a Special case – you are eligible to exchange the product(s) within three (3) days after receiving the product(s).
  • Insufficient product Shelf Life – Short Expiry.
  • In an incident of an allergic (T&C Apply)
  • In a change of mind, the product could be exchanged with another product(s) / brand within three (3) days after receiving. Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for goods that are not in a re-sellable condition.


Electronics & House Hold Products –

  • All products under the warranties will be in order to obtain the after-sale service for any quality defect(s) which could occur during the warranty period.

Clothing & Kids Wear –

  • All garment products could be exchanged within three (3) days and should be in a hygiene condition.

Terms & Conditions (T&C) for an Incident of an Allergy Reaction –

It is understood that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type, therefore, you are kindly requested to carefully look into the nature of the skin and communicate with our agent accordingly. Also watchfully follow up the given product instructions on the package prior to using any of the cosmetic product(s), especially if it’s a first-time use

All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use and COSMETICS.LK will arrange a refund or replacement with a suitable product with the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction.

Also please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

  1. Delivery Charges will not be borne from for returns.
  2. The Customer should inform about the complaint to our hotline or relevant merchant & after that the merchant should inform it to customer care department and the customer complaint department will handle the complaint.
  3. If there are no sufficient stocks for the replacement, we will arrange a fund transfer after an agreement with the customer.
  4. In Electronic Grooming Products – The customer should submit the warranty card for warranties.
