COSMETICS.LK was established in 2018 as a sister company of LMJ International Lanka, with a clear vision to bridge the gap between Sri Lankan consumers and authentic international beauty brands.

At a time when finding genuine cosmetics in Sri Lanka was a challenge, especially for customers who loved global brands, our founders recognised this growing concern. With deep industry experience and strong international partnerships, they built a trusted connection between global manufacturers and local beauty enthusiasts. This commitment led us to secure the exclusive sole agentship of Palmer’s (USA) for continuously one of America’s first skincare companies, founded over 180 years ago by E.T. Browne Drug Co., Inc., and a global leader in treatment-oriented beauty products.

 Our Journey

Before launching COSMETICS.LK, we supplied and merchandised international cosmetic products through traditional retail channels. Over the years, we recognised a common challenge among customers: finding the products they needed, when they needed them, was not always easy. This inspired us to rethink the shopping experience and find a better way to make authentic international beauty products more accessible.

Our journey began with a single main outlet, where we managed our operations in-house with a strong focus on product availability and customer satisfaction. As we grew, we expanded our presence across multiple retail locations, including Pepiliyana, Maharagama, Cool Planet Nugegoda, One Galle Face Mall (Level 5), Galle City Centre (Level 2), and Thilakma Negombo.

As we continued to understand our customers' needs, we saw an opportunity to make shopping even more convenient by bringing our products directly to them. This vision led to the creation of COSMETICS.LK, a customer-focused online and offline retail platform built around accessibility, authenticity, trust, and convenience.
