Wash your feet regularly
Ensure that your feet are clean by washing them in warm soapy water. However, be sure to not soak them as this could destroy the natural oils in the skin.
Dry your feet

Wearing high heels at work may not be the best option but you can choose to wear comfortable shoes on your way to work and once you get to the office, you can change back into your heels.

Change socks daily
